Church Record Sunday: Early Connecticut Marriages..., Fredric Bailey
The Geneabloggers prompts are sometimes a great reminder of resources you've forgotten about. Fredric W. Bailey compiled pre-1800 marriage records from local vital records and published them in a series of books in 1896. At least one volume, Early Connecticut marriages as found on ancient church records ..., Volume 1 is available from Google books. I haven't compared it to the Barbour Collection, but it should provide you with an additional resources... Of course, my family was in Rhode Island during this period ;)
